Humanizing Business in the era of AI is key, as both our team and our customers are people.

In business, the image of a ship is often used, people talk about storms, having a clear north, and the leader is compared to the captain.
As a sailor and B2B business expert, I know there’s a lot of truth in this metaphor. If we don’t have a clear purpose (destination), understand our team’s characteristics (crew), and account for market conditions (weather), we become very vulnerable to

external factors beyond our control.

Just like in navigation, company size doesn’t matter — these are the minimum requirements for success (reaching the destination).

Who Am I?

My name is Martin de la Roza. I hold a degree in Chemistry and have 35 years of experience in both multinational and family-owned companies in B2B environments.
I’m passionate about people and deeply believe that it is through team motivation, a healthy culture grounded in strong values, and a 

strategy that we can achieve even the most challenging goals.
