If there’s one thing I’ve learned throughout my career, it’s that if we don’t do the basics very well, aiming for complexity or sophistication won’t help. Very often, “less is more.”
Promising only what we can deliver and always delivering what we promise is a principle that ensures business success. It’s simple, but not easy.
